The Social Media Content Creator should already make TikToks and Reels with a demonstrated ability to create viral content, possess strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut and light design skills with Canva, and have experience using social media schedulers such as Later. They should be comfortable on camera, confident in speaking and performing, and possess a strong understanding of online trends and what drives engagement.
This role involves rapidly testing content combinations across various audiences and platforms, creating and publishing multiple pieces of content daily, managing TikTok and Instagram accounts, serving as the on-camera face for content, creating both face-forward and faceless content, sharing daily learnings with the go-to-market and product teams, and utilizing social media analytics to inform future content decisions.
