Candidates should possess strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting. A proven ability to drive change and process automation is necessary, along with experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and workflow optimization. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions is required, as well as strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Fluency in English and Czech is essential, with Slovak being a plus.
The Commercial Operations Manager will support CRM implementation, data management, and user training while ensuring best practices in CRM workflows and data handling. They will provide user support and manage system administration, generate and analyze reports for sales and commercial teams, and collaborate with regional teams to improve CRM functionality. Additionally, they will assist Finance with reporting and CRM data management, support telesales campaigns and data selections, work on ongoing process automation and efficiency improvements, ensure seamless CRM integration with opportunity workflows, and deliver KPI reports, pipeline analysis, and business segment insights.
