The Account Associate will provide administrative and operational support by accurately entering and updating account, quote, and policy information in the agency management system, ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and processing bind orders, completing post-bind tasks such as policy issuance and cancellations, and confirming all required documentation is complete. The role involves managing inbound calls, responding to customer needs, processing mid-term changes, tracking outstanding carrier requests, and assisting with quote proposals and market comparison documents. Additionally, the associate will ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements, communicate with partners, and provide general administrative support to the business unit.
