Responsibilities

The Commercial Exporter Advisor will proactively enable marketplace growth by developing long-term relationships with strategic sellers, creating tailored business plans to ensure their growth goals on eBay, and serving as the single point of contact for relevant queries. They will conduct monthly health checks and business reviews to ensure seller success, analyze and improve seller performance using CRM tools, maintain regular communication with sellers via email and phone calls, document all interactions and progress, and provide comprehensive support to high-value sellers on various issues. Additionally, the role involves educating sellers on platform updates, managing relationships within a specific vertical, collaborating with managers and leads, onboarding new merchants, and participating in pilot programs to increase revenue streams.
