Requirements

Candidates should possess proven success in closing deal sizes of $150,000 or more and a consistent track record of meeting quarterly and yearly sales goals, along with experience selling CRM SaaS as a plus. They should also be competitive team players who desire to be the MVP and contribute to the success of the entire team, demonstrating an ability to quickly learn technology and apply it to business situations, and effectively engage with C-suite executives in mid-market to enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Enterprise Account Executive will qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats, educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative manner, manage multiple customers simultaneously throughout the Aisera buying cycle, prospect cold leads to generate interest and expand the contact funnel, research accounts, identify key players, and build relationships, demonstrate the innovative AI Service Management solution while aligning its value to customer pain points, and ultimately close sales with a $1 million quota, while maintaining and expanding their list of assigned prospects.
