Responsibilities

  • Broker Engagement: Developing strategic relationships with global/international brokers across all client segments
  • Alternative Distribution: Exploring and engaging Affinity local teams in bancassurance, affinity, and sponsored distribution strategies
  • Wholesale Distribution: Supporting the development of reinsurance opportunities across the Northern territory
  • Distribution Data & Analytics: Leading and engaging with the local Analytics team to develop indicators to help Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the northern territory
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with the Head of Distribution and CBE leaders to articulate and differentiate AIG’s risk appetite and value proposition in the market
  • Producer Compensation Committee (PCC): Ensuring alignment of business strategies with local regulations and corporate guidelines, and consolidating PCC NSC referrals related to assigned brokers
  • Best Practices Implementation: Implementing and utilizing Distribution best practices across all channels to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Strategic Orientation: Managing vision and purpose, developing organizational capability
  • Results Orientation: Strong focus on results and achieving business goals
  • Influencing & Communication: Strong influencing and communication skills, working across multiple areas of the company and industries
