We are looking for an upbeat, coachable, and highly-motivated individual to join our sales team as a Commercial Account Manager, supporting small businesses customers within an assigned geographic territory. You will be responsible for managing the renewal and expansion business for Red Canary’s commercial segment (<500 employees). This includes identifying upcoming renewals, working with customers to discuss needs, and identifying new opportunities for upsell/cross-sell. The account manager will play a key role in customer retention and will help accomplish Red Canary’s mission to make security better for businesses of all sizes. Through your persistence, determination, and creativity, you will help Red Canary create a world where every organization can make its greatest impact without fear of cyber attack.
Managed detection and response cybersecurity services
