Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious, and a team player. Adaptability and experience in high-velocity technology companies are required, along with familiarity with open source technology and experience using Salesforce. Excellent communication skills, both in person and virtually, and familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC are also necessary.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive, Growth will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the USA, identifying and nurturing opportunities with existing customers, managing forecasts and tracking customer data, cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, articulating the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, managing the sales process (prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management), becoming an expert in managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
