Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of field sales experience in the technology/software industry and 5+ years of overall sales experience. A proven track record of exceeding quota, accelerating close rates, and generating growth is required, along with experience closing $50k+ ARR SaaS deals with customers over 500 employees. Startup sales experience is highly desirable, as is adeptness at managing complex sales cycles and experience selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications. Superior communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and team-oriented business values are essential.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Account Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process to meet or exceed bookings and revenue goals, building a 4X pipeline to ensure ARR target achievement. Responsibilities include creating quarterly forecasts, articulating paths to closure, developing winning proposals with business case and ROI metrics, negotiating pricing and contractual terms, and accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly bookings. The role also involves learning and applying the sales playbook and processes, collaborating with internal resources like Solutions Consultants, and participating in the development of the sales process, value proposition, and key sales tools.
