Candidates should possess 2-5 years of solution/value selling experience, 2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional resources, and a Bachelor’s degree which is highly preferred. They should also demonstrate successful quota attainment year over year, proven success in selling new business and new logos consistently, and an automation-first mindset.
The Commercial Account Executive will assess market potential within an assigned segment/territory and develop sales strategy to maximize UiPath’s revenue potential, achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a quarterly schedule, evangelize UiPath’s brand by presenting and selling solutions, build relationships with existing customers and develop upsell/cross-sell opportunities, educate customers on UiPath solutions, partner with the Business Development Team to penetrate new accounts, monitor industry competitors and market conditions, collaborate internally with cross-functional groups, and explore ways of incorporating automation into daily work.
