Requirements

Candidates should have experience working in college and university admissions and enrollment management, college counseling, or higher education enrollment management sales, with a preference for experience in partnerships, business development, or sales and the ability to clearly convey an exciting value proposition to external stakeholders based on their needs. Exceptional communication skills and a strong bias towards action are also required.

Responsibilities

The College Partnerships Manager will serve as the main point of contact for college partners, finding ways to make the Schoolhouse portfolio even more useful for them and coordinating creative opportunities for partners to support Schoolhouse students as they transition to college. They will identify and engage with prospective colleges, build relationships with higher ed networks, and connect new and existing partners with a range of Schoolhouse programs, including portfolio acceptance, College Admissions Workshops, SAT Bootcamp, and Dialogues. The role also involves supporting college partners in integrating Schoolhouse portfolios and programs into their enrollment processes, collaborating with them to explore new ways the portfolio can be used, like for college credit or scholarships, and leading the partnership with the STARS College Network to expand educational opportunities.
