Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Project Management, Business Administration, or a technical discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in program implementation, preferably within higher education or technology education. Strong project management skills and a deep understanding of curriculum development and implementation are essential. Familiarity with CS education best practices and experience working with university systems are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Program Implementation Manager will collaborate with university faculty and staff to map CodePath courses to university curriculum requirements, course policies, and syllabus requirements, support the customization of course content and materials to meet institutional policies and requirements, coordinate with the Marketing team to create outreach strategies that drive student engagement, faculty buy-in, and program visibility, develop streamlined admissions and onboarding processes, manage the creation or adaptation of course materials, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to ensure high-quality student and faculty experiences within the program.
