Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Three years of proven experience in collections
  • Adept in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and Workday would be an advantage
  • Has commendable communication skills in English, both in oral and written forms

Responsibilities

  • Account reconciliation for payment, credits, and invoice allocations including but not limited to credit and/or debit transfers, refunds, and write-offs
  • Updating account information for billing, invoicing, and dunning for accounts receivables
  • Participating in projects of varying complexity
  • Performing reliable and high-quality financial, analytical, and database work relating to the company’s market data and billing systems
  • Assisting new clients with product reviews, approvals, and invoicing
  • Contacting clients to collect delinquent reporting and payments promptly
  • Responding to client inquiries on billing, data approval, and product-related questions
  • Working with providers and the audit team to prevent unauthorized distribution of company data
  • Working with the accounting and financial reporting team as necessary
  • Performing ad-hoc financial and data analysis
  • Responding to technical and administrative inquiries, ensuring compliance with the company’s entitlement, display, and monthly reporting guidelines
  • Defining what is considered appropriate market data revenues from distributors and their subscribers through compliance activities
  • Analyze users' market data requirements and coordinate with vendors to ensure that business needs are met
  • Manage relationships with market data vendors (e.g., Reuters, Bloomberg) and may negotiate terms and conditions for the organization’s market data subscriptions
