Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, touring stores, providing feedback, communicating/collaborating on operations, initiatives, merchandising, and direction; introduce/lead changes, set expectations, implement solutions, communicate objectives
  • Model/demonstrate customer service standards (OBW), manage/support initiatives (e.g., community programs), resolve customer needs/complaints, develop/implement action plans for deficiencies, provide process improvement for high-quality experience
  • Drive financial/sales performance: review P&L, manage budgeting/forecasting/expenses, ensure merchandise presentation/seasonal transitions/inventory/operations, implement plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales/profit goals
  • Supervise/develop hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, provide recognition, communicate consistently, promote belonging, recruit/develop for staffing and growth
  • Coordinate/complete/oversee job activities: maintain stakeholder relationships, support customer/business plans, identify/communicate goals, build/measure accountability, address improvements, promote learning/adaptability
