Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree level is a minimum requirement, and Master’s degree is a plus
  • Major: Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Processing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Metallurgy, Biochemistry
  • Proficient level of written and spoken English
  • Data research, collection, and analysis skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills (including technical report writing)
  • Ability to work in a global x-functional team

Responsibilities

  • Engineering design, develop, specify, and qualify components, modules, products, process, and suppliers with project team and external partners to meet project goals on cost, function, quality, and schedule
  • Work with coach on CMF for new product development/introduction
  • Implement innovation projects on new material development and process optimization
  • Manage technical project schedule and activities on a timely manner
  • Work in a global x-functional team and manufacturing partners/vendors to deliver inspiring sensorial experiences to our customers
  • Work with key component suppliers, manufacturing partners to deliver product CMF on time, cost, quality, and quantity
  • Document work in internal technical reports and present concepts to a variety of audiences
