Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions, along with experience in a customer-facing or consulting role.

Responsibilities

As a Cloud Software Consultant, you will proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices, understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements, perform system configuration changes and data migrations, activate new product features and ensure seamless integration, troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions, develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions, create analytical reports to support business decision-making, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will occasionally travel to the Veeva hub in Budapest within the EMEA region.
