Job Title: Cloud Partner Success Manager

Position Overview

As the Cloud Partner Success Manager, you will leverage your experience in Account Management and passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security. You will be part of the Inside Sales Channel Management organization, working with a portfolio of service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. Your primary goals will be to drive Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners, increase adoption of new services, retain partners, and create a best-in-class partner experience, which is a key differentiator for Acronis.

Responsibilities

  • Make a territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth working through assigned partners.
  • Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities for channel enablement.
  • Drive successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate.
  • Enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and help retain existing customers.
  • Train new partners on existing and new products.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers on the partner side.
  • Engage Acronis presales and Technical support teams.
  • Perform account planning with all managed partners, with a level of detail depending on the partner’s engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and help retain existing customers.
  • Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Put maximum efforts into avoiding churn and retaining partners.
  • Engage and orchestrate all needed internal resources to help dedicated partners' growth.
  • Understand partner lifecycle management and be able to lead a partner along it through a set of regular activities focused on educating, evangelizing, and making commitments.
  • Maintain a regularity/frequency of contact with every partner depending on priority.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Total Revenue from signed partners.
  • Revenue and number of Acronis services sold through the partner.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry.
  • Experience in a Channel Sales, Partner Account Manager, or Channel Development position within a software vendor.
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Expertise in Security concepts such as cybersecurity, threat detection, incident response, and familiarity with basic compliance standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • Fluent in English and native Arabic language.
