Responsibilities

Lead operational management of cloud and on-premise environments
Manage and lead an operational team (5-10 members)
Drive standardization and optimization of operational processes
Design and implement advanced operational automation
Define and manage SLAs and continuously improve them
Handle escalation of incidents and problem management
Conduct customer operational reviews and reports
Lead and resolve complex incidents
Develop and execute operational improvement roadmaps
Provide operational perspective on new build projects
Collaborate and guide offshore teams
