IT Infrastructure Operation Experience: 3+ years
Operational Design Experience: 3+ years (including operational process design and monitoring design)
ITIL Knowledge & Experience: Knowledge and practical experience based on ITIL principles
Cloud/On-Premises Experience: Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) or on-premises environments
Monitoring Tool Experience: Experience configuring monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.)
Automation Knowledge & Experience: Basic knowledge and experience in operational automation (scripting)
Communication Skills: Ability to understand and read English documentation and communicate in basic English via email

Responsibilities

System Operation and Design (including operational processes, procedures, and monitoring design)
SLA/SLO Design and Operation, and definition of operational metrics
Monitoring Design (metric selection, threshold setting, alert design)
Promoting and implementing operational automation
Backup/Recovery Design
Designing Change Management and Release Management processes
Designing Incident Management and Problem Management processes
Security Operation Design (vulnerability management, patch management, etc.)
Capacity and Performance Management Design
Standardization and maintenance of operational documentation
Providing technical support and improvement proposals to the operational team
