Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or have equivalent healthcare experience. A minimum of 2 years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program is required. The ability to obtain certification in CRM products, demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures, and familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures are essential. Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities, detail orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Specialist will act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building and sustaining credible business relationships with customers and sharing product expertise. This role provides comprehensive engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on CRM products, demonstrating a thorough command of all CRM products and related technical knowledge. Responsibilities include developing, leading, and facilitating training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals and providing back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
