Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, along with 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare. Proficiency with recruiting tools like ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed, as well as G Suite software, is required. Strong professional and articulate communication, effective time management, and the ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Candidates must also be able to work full-time with schedule flexibility, adapt to a changing environment, and demonstrate a positive, teachable attitude with a sense of urgency and organizational skills. A background check is also required.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for screening candidate resumes and verifying qualifications, identifying high-priority openings, and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels. They will conduct 25-30 interviews per week to find the best fit for Talk Therapy positions, follow up on and close offers, and assist with the onboarding process. Additionally, the recruiter will utilize WorkDay ATS software for real-time candidate tracking and aim to fill 4-5 hires per week.
