Responsibilities

Associate Recruiters are responsible for the detailed implementation of tactical recruitment work, enabling the process through sourcing, screening, operations, and vendor relationships. They will resolve routine inquiries, update recruiting reports, and coordinate events, technology, and social media efforts. This role involves creating communications and marketing materials, scheduling interviews, and potentially screening talent. Responsibilities also include coordinating travel arrangements for candidates, managing hiring processes for large cohorts, overseeing advertising and media budgets, presenting plans to leadership, posting requisitions, and managing relationships with external vendors. Additionally, they will review background check results and partner with vendors to resolve issues.
