We build and manage effective relationships with our customers' operational leadership, communicating service value in the context of their business goals to ensure high performance and satisfaction. We proactively identify risks to client satisfaction and collaborate across product and operational lines to find solutions and advocate for our clients.
As a Clinical Account Manager, you will ensure the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers through pharmacy benefit analysis and clinical consultation. You will leverage strong industry and product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor and business partner for clinical pharmacy services to your client’s operational leadership. This role provides clinical support and enablement for SmithRx account management, clinical operations, and other internal departments. You will offer proactive clinical recommendations and information regarding pharmacy trends, programs, and industry changes, fostering consultative relationships.
