Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of the oncology market, including molecular diagnostics, reimbursement, and competitive landscape is required, as well as proficiency in using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, combined with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Account Executive will drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with cancer centers, oncology practices, and key opinion leaders within the assigned territory. They will structure strategic plans for gaining and retaining clients, maximize client-bill contracting opportunities, implement laboratory services agreements, and collaborate with other sales positions to achieve company goals. Responsibilities also include identifying and developing partnering opportunities, promoting compliance with new tools, analyzing the competitive landscape, developing a comprehensive business plan, and working effectively with individuals across multiple departments while maintaining a high level of market and customer knowledge. Frequent travel (over 50%) throughout the territory is required.
