Candidates must possess over 3 years of experience in Client Services, with advanced skills in Customer Success metrics. Experience working directly with enterprise-level clients or partners in regulated industries is required, along with proficiency in US and Canadian tax forms (W2, 1099, PR, T4 RL1) and tax year-end processing. The role also demands experience with data-heavy client services, client billing, contract review, and leading client training and presentations. Advanced Excel skills, including managing complex spreadsheets, along with knowledge of Salesforce and Smartsheet, are essential.
The Client Support Analyst will manage end-to-end client cases, ensuring tracking, prioritization, and communication across multiple systems. Responsibilities include supporting data validation, formatting, and delivery for year-end tax forms like W-2, 1099, GU, VI, and Canadian forms (T4, T4A, RL-1). The analyst will maintain high-touch client communication through status meetings, presentations, and call leadership, documenting client-facing summaries. They will navigate tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, internal platforms, Excel, and shared trackers, independently troubleshooting production and data issues. Collaboration with internal teams is key to ensuring seamless year-end processing, including performing QA on outputs, understanding specifications, and identifying file formatting issues. Availability for extended hours, including some weekends or evenings, and faster case turnaround expectations are required during the peak season from October to February.
