Requirements
Candidates must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with at least one year of experience in customer service, preferably with a premium brand. The role also requires one year of experience in building customer relationships, resolving complaints, identifying and solving customer issues, and collaborating with teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends, with variable hours.

Responsibilities include assisting with order processing and design customization, thoroughly documenting customer interactions in the CRM, and utilizing support tools and training to ensure a seamless customer experience. Representatives will also identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share them with leadership, while striving to meet quality and productivity KPIs.
