Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience as a Client Success Manager, HR/Learning/Change Management Consulting, or Digital Learning Manager, and demonstrate the ability to lead complex and impactful projects within Enterprise accounts (more than 2000 employees). Strong knowledge of the SaaS B2B industry is preferred, along with fluency in French and excellent English proficiency (B2 minimum).

Responsibilities

As a Client Success Partner, you will support clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform, build strong relationships with HR executives, coordinate 360Learning resources, empower clients with the Enterprise positioning, ensure client renewal or new contract signing, master product knowledge, familiarize yourself with team processes, take over a portfolio of existing Enterprise clients, start new projects, define learning transformation roadmaps, conduct retro-planning, identify customer use cases, develop trust with clients, work with Account Managers to identify new opportunities, reduce churn, identify strong leaders, develop business practices, and share them with the Client Success team.
