  • Experience: 2–3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer success, account management, onboarding, or support. Experience with small businesses or restaurants is a strong plus
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new tools, troubleshooting basic issues, and guiding others through product workflows
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and professional communicator who can explain things simply with hospitality in mind

  • Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio, juggle multiple accounts/priorities, and thrive with operational hustle

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of single-location restaurants from onboarding through renewal
  • Launch new SMB accounts, owning kickoff process, configuration, and early success milestones; provide guidance and manage timelines
  • Drive adoption by coaching customers on effective use of Slang and boosting engagement with key features
  • Ensure retention and manage risks by identifying issues early, responding quickly, and preventing churn
  • Provide support-style troubleshooting as frontline contact for basic technical questions and usage issues; triage problems
  • Lead customer communications including calls, follow-ups, and documentation in a clear, timely, professional manner
  • Collaborate internally with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure smooth experiences and improve handoffs/workflows
  • Act as Voice of the Customer by sharing SMB insights to improve product and service
  • Contribute to scalable workflows and processes within the CX team
