Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field, with a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification being a plus. Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis is required, along with a strong understanding of contract law, relevant regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and technical skills, including proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite, are essential. The role also requires strong business ethics, integrity, the ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with legal workflow technologies such as e-signature, document management, and contract lifecycle management is also necessary.
The Contract Analyst will draft, review, and negotiate various vendor contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, consulting, software, and service agreements. Responsibilities include collaborating with Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain, Legal teams, and other business partners to ensure alignment on legal and business terms. The analyst will also track contract status, maintain accurate contract databases, manage contract-related documentation, and serve as a liaison between the company and vendors. Additionally, they will ensure contract adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in conjunction with internal legal counsel, provide support on contract interpretation and negotiation to other departments, and manage the entire contract lifecycle using the company’s CLM system. The role also involves developing and improving contract-related forms, policies, templates, and playbooks.
