Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
The Client Success Manager will act as a consultant to clients, developing meaningful business relationships and driving adoption and utilization of the FatTail platform (AdBook+). They will proactively offer solutions based on client needs, contribute to the development of new features and continuous improvement of services, and provide onboarding and post-launch support to clients.
