Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in client management, consultancy, reporting, and analytics, along with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with top executives. They should demonstrate a love of learning and an aptitude for absorbing and synthesizing technically complex information, as well as proven ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
The Client Success Manager will drive high-touch, high-impact relations with managing partners and staff at law firms to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations, reinforcing Pattern’s ROI. They will also drive product adoption and client loyalty by providing support and direction via Pattern’s product analytics and support tools, analyzing business processes and client data to quantify client health and stay ahead of client challenges. Furthermore, the role involves researching and developing new algorithms based on scientific/medical criteria, editing algorithms and identifying opportunities to improve model performance, and collaborating with the team to define ways to improve the process for litigation algorithms.
