Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree, a minimum of two years’ experience at a global financial institution, and preferably be licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6, and 6A, or demonstrate the ability to obtain these licenses through exam preparation. Strong product knowledge in equities, options, futures, and FX is also required, along with excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
The Client Solutions Specialist will liaise with Interactive Brokers’ clients globally via various channels, including email, ticket, live chat, and phone, and will handle clients’ enquiries. They will familiarize clients with proprietary platforms, assist them in understanding the entire trading cycle, troubleshoot issues, take ownership of resolutions, escalate concerns, and liaise with internal parties such as Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, and other service groups worldwide.
