Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater technology, engineering, business development, or related fields
  • Strong technical understanding of digital services and water infrastructure
  • Previous knowledge about Xylem Vue solutions is welcome
  • Proven experience in digital water technologies, including software platforms and data analytics
  • Track record in managing external partnerships and strategic relationships
  • Comfortable delivering demos to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a water utility, engineering consulting firm, or water technology company
  • Familiarity with SCADA, GIS, AMI/AMR, CMMS or other water-related digital platforms
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner engagement and industry events
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Train and support partners in leveraging Xylem Vue offerings across different markets
  • Improve and maintain support materials for partners
  • Attend client meetings to provide technical and strategic input
  • Conduct tailored products and solution demos to address client needs
  • Draft technical documentation to support partner-led solution proposals
  • Calculate solution costs and contribute to pricing strategies
  • Prepare business cases for partners in Europe and Growth Markets
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Xylem Vue solutions and their integration across the platform
  • Act as a technical translator between engineering, product, and commercial teams
  • Deliver compelling product and software demonstrations to partners, consultants, and prospective clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies across brands and offerings
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with Xylem’s digital water strategy
  • Evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements
  • Create a comprehensive partner roadmap for EU, GM, including strategic priorities, market opportunities, regional engagement plans, and best-fit, tailored solutions to scale digital water growth
  • Work with internal Client Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure partner success
  • Act as a connector between business development and technical execution
  • Recommend and implement innovative approaches to strengthen partnerships and maximize Xylem Vue’s impact
