Candidates must have proven experience of leading teams, strong ability to coach and influence team members and senior stakeholders, the ability to navigate weekly reports, and work with high-level monthly metrics. Ideally, they should have experience in the high-volume Manufacturing sector knowledge within an RPO model. English is essential, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver a best-in-class service to clients across one or more client accounts, building trust and strong relationships with key client contacts to achieve the talent acquisition partnership goals. They will also set clear performance standards and goals for the team, assess progress against goals and proactively address gaps, provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, establish regular communications, complete performance management processes, showcase an understanding of the client organization, partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders, develop recruiting metrics and analytics, and directly work with recruiters and hiring leaders to foster relationships and build trust. They will also manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipeline and drive recruiting strategy to meet hiring goals.
