Requirements

Responsibilities

The Workday HCM Senior Manager will recruit, develop, manage, and retain a diverse team of managers and consultants, promoting a team-oriented environment and driving high customer satisfaction. They will lead and manage team performance on multiple customer engagements, identify project needs, develop solutions, and ensure adherence to Workday methodologies. This role involves assisting engagement managers with forecasting, mentoring consultants, supporting the RFP process, reviewing estimates and SOWs, attending Orals, and overseeing CVS projects, while also addressing escalations and providing expert guidance to clients.
