The Client Relations Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries and concerns regarding their custom payment solutions, addressing enquiries by understanding requirements, performing research, and providing answers or explanations. They will identify and resolve technical or financial issues by thoroughly investigating the root cause and providing alternative solutions, escalating unresolved issues to relevant owners, and conducting client training sessions on system usage. Furthermore, they will accurately log client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLIs.
