Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of sales and/or ABA experience
Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
Ability to follow written instructions
Ability to use computers and computer/software programs
Ability to communicate expressively and receptively
Proficiency in PC software, especially spreadsheet programs
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to build rapport with referral sources
Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team expectations

Responsibilities

Build a broad referral base to champion the centers’ growth
Call and visit potential referring providers including pediatricians, neurologists, licensed psychologists, case managers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, hospital systems, schools/daycares
Increase local awareness of Centria and LSAA service offerings
Research and attend events in the area (conferences, 5ks, information events, etc.)
Join influencer groups to advertise the centers’ offerings
Host Autism Activity Days, movie events, etc
Talk to employer benefit managers to become a preferred provider
Work interdepartmentally to build the company brand
Work with marketing to create and disperse company promotional materials
Work with payor relations to increase payor direct referrals
Work with Clinical Directors to engage them in marketing efforts and understand selling points of their centers
Ensure Centria Autism and LSAA locations are appropriately promoting the company brand
Visit locations to evaluate aesthetics including cleanliness, organization, and general appeal
Other duties as needed
