The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in cross-functional, external-facing project management, with bonus points for experience in new client onboarding specifically. A thorough understanding of mortgage servicing concepts, including subservicing contracts, investor guidelines, and the responsibilities associated with MSR ownership is preferred.
As a Client Onboarding Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, serve as new clients’ primary point of contact for all onboarding-related matters, identify clients’ unique needs and coordinate internally to ensure preparedness, work alongside internal stakeholders to maintain timelines, lead regular client onboarding calls, facilitate a smooth transition to ongoing client support, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of repeatable, efficient client onboarding procedures and processes.
