The Client Manager will be part of the Merchandising Analytics team, responsible for a portfolio of retail clients and product suite across North America. This role requires a driven sales hunter with a strong understanding of marketplace potential, focused on achieving sales success rates and accurately managing the sales pipeline and forecasting. The position reports directly to the Vice-President of Merchandising Analytics Sales.
You are a high-performing deal maker with a strong commercial mindset, focused on revenue growth targets. You excel at building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs. Your drive is to accelerate sales, uncover new opportunities, and meet your targets. You possess a deep understanding of the market landscape, our products, and our processes. Collaboration and active listening are key to your success, especially when navigating challenges. You ensure clarity between client needs and contractual agreements to set realistic expectations. Your work is driven by selling, critical thinking, negotiation, problem-solving, and effective communication.
