The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers regarding S&P Global’s products, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing customer queries effectively. They will support marketing initiatives by participating in events and networking, fostering relationships with internal stakeholders, and collecting competitive intelligence. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to onboard customers, overseeing the go-live phase, conducting postmortem analyses, monitoring client coverage, identifying commercial opportunities, proactively communicating new features, and working with client services to address client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
