The Client Care Representative will provide customer care and resolve issues related to credentialing, technical support, billing, account maintenance, data issues, file research, product descriptions, pricing, intranet access, and security regulations. They will also coordinate client requests with internal departments, provide product training to users, manage product delivery and implementation, and conduct product demonstrations.
