The Client Analyst II is responsible for ongoing service delivery to support client requirements, serving as first-level system support, and performing audits and file reviews for accuracy. Key duties include managing daily/weekly/annual file processing, executing research and analysis to resolve participant cases, generating client-specific reports, supporting ACA processing, and performing system configuration and testing for projects and annual enrollment. Additionally, the role involves reviewing release documentation, executing processes as outlined in the Admin Guide, providing timely responses to client inquiries, and handling billing tasks such as generating invoices, posting payments, and reconciling receivables.
