Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification, with 0 to 2 years of comparable experience. Essential skills include fundamental oral and written communication, good organizational abilities with adaptability to changing priorities, and the capacity to manage multiple assignments with challenging deadlines. A high degree of confidentiality with clinical and proprietary data, good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and good computer skills are also required. A basic understanding of relational database systems, reporting and dashboarding tools, and XML/Stylesheet transformations is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Associate Implementation Analyst will be responsible for configuring and implementing clinical trial systems, reports, notifications, and interfaces of basic to moderate complexity. This includes collaborating with system designers to understand requirements, coding applications, performing unit, integration, and system testing, and partnering with support staff on system maintenance and updates. The role also involves designing, configuring, and building clinical trial applications, reviewing designs for compliance and feasibility, creating study-specific technical documents, meeting with study teams for effective communication and accuracy, and proactively communicating with project team members while providing feedback to management on timelines and constraints.
