Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software is also required.
The Client Analyst II is responsible for servicing bswift clients and their employees to create raving fans. This includes maintaining the client benefits website, documenting and executing benefits-related processes, and providing support to clients, participants, and the bswift service center. Key duties involve ongoing service delivery, serving as first-level system support, performing audits and file reviews, managing file processing, researching and analyzing participant cases, executing client-specific reporting, supporting ACA processing, performing system testing, reviewing release documentation, executing processes as outlined in the Admin Guide, performing system configuration, and handling billing tasks including invoice generation, payment posting, and receivables reconciliation.
