Responsibilities

The Chief System Engineer (Architect) will serve as the senior technical leader for Core Infrastructure and Network, Client Engineering, Cloud and Email Services, and Digital Media and Unified Communications. They will drive innovation, architectural excellence, and operational simplicity, leading a team of architects to deliver robust, efficient, and user-centric workplace solutions. This includes developing and executing technology strategies and architectural roadmaps, partnering with executive management and cross-functional teams to set priorities, leading integration efforts for cohesive user experiences, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of innovative workplace technologies like AI and agentic systems. The role also involves evaluating industry trends, championing new tools and solutions with embedded security, overseeing technical delivery of large-scale programs, providing technical oversight for system-related projects, ensuring change management best practices, building stakeholder relationships, communicating complex strategies, and preparing executive-level presentations. Additionally, the position requires ensuring architecture and solutions align with organizational standards, implementing metrics-driven management, and continuous improvement processes.
