Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role such as Chief of Staff, Director or VP of Strategy, or Director or VP of Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A proven track record of managing company-wide OKR processes and driving strategic initiatives to successful outcomes at scale is required, along with a strong background in project management, process optimization, and results-driven execution. Experience working closely with CEO and executive leadership teams, the ability to build trust and influence at all levels, and the capacity to synthesize complex information into actionable insights are essential. The role also requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, a deep understanding of financial metrics, business analytics, and operational KPIs, and familiarity with scaling businesses in high-growth phases and internationally. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience are necessary.
The Chief of Staff to the CEO will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, providing strategic insights and solutions to support decision-making. This role involves designing and executing the company’s OKR process, managing and influencing executive stakeholders, overseeing company communication, ensuring alignment, and driving accountability to outcomes. The Chief of Staff will manage the company’s operating rhythm, lead key processes, meetings, activities, and offsites, and lead high-impact, cross-functional projects. They will also manage the Senior Leadership Team, orchestrating business activities, managing agendas, organizing offsites, and building relationships with executive members. Additionally, the role includes partnering with the CEO on internal communications initiatives such as All Hands meetings and leadership updates to keep employees connected to the company's mission and goals.
