Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, revenue operations, or a similar Chief of Staff/strategic business partner role
  • Strong familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem; experience in ad tech, mar tech, or media is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering outcomes with limited guidance
  • Thrives in ambiguity, executes with urgency, and brings strategic clarity to complex challenges
  • Proven experience driving growth, optimizing revenue streams, and leading operational transformation
  • Deep understanding of GTM, partnerships, or P&L ownership
  • Exceptional executive presence, business acumen, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced, global environment

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a high-impact communication strategy, both internally and externally
  • Own deliverables for business reviews and key internal and external meetings
  • Support executive storytelling for B2B and B2C initiatives as we scale globally
  • Represent the CBO at conferences, partner meetings, and key industry forums
  • Collect insights from external engagements and bring them back to shape internal strategy, especially for Ads businesses at InMobi and Glance
  • Launch and run strategic, cross-functional programs or teams, especially at inception phases
  • Lead initiatives such as the AI transformation roadmap – from concept to hand-off to functional owners
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution across departments
  • Act as a force multiplier for the CBO; manage periodic revenue deep dives, performance reviews, and decision-enabling dashboards
  • Evaluate and streamline competing priorities to ensure focus on the most valuable initiatives
  • Build toward leading a function or business line independently
