Requirements

  • De formation supérieure en logistique
  • Première expérience sur un poste similaire
  • Maîtrise de la norme ISO 22000
  • Maîtrise d’Excel (connaissance de SAP est un plus)
  • Titulaire d’un permis poids lourd (C)
  • Maîtrise de la lecture d’un GPS
  • Organisation, rigueur et bon sens relationnel

Responsibilities

  • Superviser l’équipe Chauffeurs au quotidien : contrôler les tournées au départ des chauffeurs
  • Participer à la gestion et à l’entretien du parc camions, des groupes frigorifiques des camions et de l’équipement mis à disposition des Chauffeurs-livreurs
  • Saisir les données de productivité dans SAP
  • Participer à l’intégration, à la formation, au développement des compétences des collaborateurs, les accompagner de manière individuelle, donner du sens et motiver les équipes
  • Veiller au bon respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité des denrées alimentaires au sein des équipes, réaliser les contrôles nécessaires
  • S'assurer de la bonne application de la politique de sécurité auprès de son équipe, réaliser les VCS
  • Partir en tournée lorsque nécessaire
