Responsibilities

Encadrer une équipe de 7 chauffeurs-livreurs (jusqu’à 9 en saison) : gestion du planning de présence des chauffeurs et remplacement des chauffeurs absents
Accompagnement ponctuel des chauffeurs en tournée et participation au débriefing des chauffeurs-livreurs
Participer au recrutement de ses collaborateurs, donner du sens et motiver son équipe
Veiller au bon déroulement de l’acheminement des marchandises et à la satisfaction du client avec un souci de respect des réglementations sociales et professionnelles
Contrôler la rentabilité du transport, coordonner l’activité des agents de conduite et gérer le parc de véhicules
Faire respecter les consignes de sécurité liées à la manutention des charges et au transport de marchandises
Veiller au bon respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité des denrées alimentaires et de la maîtrise de la chaîne du froid, conformément à la norme ISO 22000
