Experience réussie en recrutement, idéalement dans un environnement dynamique (agence d'emploi, cabinet, service CSP multisites)
Maîtrise des techniques de sourcing et des outils de gestion des recrutements
Excellent relationnel et sens de l'organisation pour gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément
Proactif, autonome et capable de s'adapter rapidement à un environnement exigeant
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) indispensable, anglais est un plus

Responsibilities

Gérer le processus de recrutement en lien avec les besoins opérationnels France, de la diffusion des offres au suivi des entretiens sur sites
Sourcer et attirer les meilleurs talents via différents canaux de recrutement
Réaliser des entretiens téléphoniques et visio pour évaluer les compétences et la motivation des candidats
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des candidatures et garantir une expérience candidat de qualité
Gestion de projets transverses (événements recrutement, formations managers, forum emploi, intervention réseau...)
